World Mental Health Day
As we celebrate World Mental Health Day which is an international day for global mental health education, we would like to create awareness and advocacy against social stigma. Stigma erodes confidence that mental illness are real, treatable health conditions. We have allowed stigma to erect barriers around effective treatment and recovery. It is time to take those barriers down.
