WHO MAKES THE ULTIMATE DECISION AS TO WHO WILL RECEIVE PAYMENT
The Trustees of the Fund make the ultimate decision. They consider all the facts and all the information gathered from thorough investigations to ensure the right and fair outcome – that all your financial dependants are looked after in terms if Section 37C of the Pension Funds Act.
