Reflections on our past two months in our new stylish offices in Illovo

It’s been almost 2 months since GIB made the move to our new home in Illovo Boulevard and upon reflection over the past months (from deciding to move, where to move to, how to move and finally moving), we are more than happy that our expectations have been met.

GIB are committed to delivering client service excellence. Our new offices are close to the business hub of Sandton with easy access to the Gautrain and are accessible to clients and other business partners facilitating productive business interactions.

The successful transition to a welcoming, open environment was the result of many months of planning and then critically, execution. The office design aligns to our brand and values with the effective use of meeting spaces, privacy pods and open workstations enhancing our culture of collaboration, creativity and communication as well as supporting both in-person and remote collaboration.

Our new environment promotes a positive work culture including new ways of approaching work. We have beautiful outdoor areas, fresh air and natural light and by using our space better, reviewing our operating costs and technology needs, not only do we have a modern, flexible space, we have positioned ourselves for sustainable growth.
