Fund Administrator
Qualifications and Experience:
B Comm Degree or studying towards same
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
Knowledge of Everest operating system would be an advantage
Full training will be provided
Skills required:

Ability to multi-task
Ability to meet monthly deadlines
Must have attention to detail
Logical thinker
Must follow instructions
Details of duties:
Communicating with clients and members timeously
Reconciling client schedules and updating member records on Everest
Data validation – updating member information on the system
Processing Investments and Disinvestments
Processing member switches
Applying for tax directives from SARS
Processing of benefit claims (including creating the payment on banking)
Processing of fund expenses
Processing of Section 14 transfers / individual transfers
Preparation of administration / consulting reports
Preparation of audit information
